Change Account Name, Email, or Personal Information

Once logged into your Healthie Client Portal from a web browser, you are able to update your personal information within your Account Settings.

Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top-right of your account, located next to your profile picture. From here, you can update the following information: 

  • First Name
  • Legal First Name
  • Last Name 
  • Preferred Pronouns
  • Email address
  • Phone Number
  • Profile Picture
  • Timezone 
  • Password 

This information cannot be currently updated from the Healthie Mobile App. You must be logged into Healthie from a web browser.
