How to Purchase or Cancel a Package in Healthie
If your healthcare provider offers packages for services, you can easily purchase and manage them through your Healthie Client Portal.
How to Purchase a Package
To purchase a package your provider has shared with you:
- Open a Web Browser on your computer or phone.
- Log in to your Healthie Client Portal: Click here to log in.
- From your Dashboard, scroll to “Available Packages.”
- Click “View” to see package details.
- Click “Purchase” to complete your payment.
📱 Note: Packages cannot be purchased through the Healthie mobile app. You must use a web browser.
How to Cancel a Recurring Package
If you’ve purchased a recurring package (like a monthly subscription), you can now cancel it directly from your portal:
- Log in to your Healthie Client Portal on a web browser.
- Click on “Packages” in the top menu.
- Under “Purchased Packages”, find the recurring package.
- Click “Cancel” next to the subscription you'd like to stop.
- Confirm your cancellation.
📩 Your provider will be notified of the cancellation. You'll also receive a confirmation email.
