How to Purchase or Cancel a Package in Healthie

If your healthcare provider offers packages for services, you can easily purchase and manage them through your Healthie Client Portal.


How to Purchase a Package

To purchase a package your provider has shared with you:

  1. Open a Web Browser on your computer or phone.
  2. Log in to your Healthie Client Portal: Click here to log in.
  3. From your Dashboard, scroll to “Available Packages.”
  4. Click “View” to see package details.
  5. Click “Purchase” to complete your payment.

📱 Note: Packages cannot be purchased through the Healthie mobile app. You must use a web browser.




How to Cancel a Recurring Package

If you’ve purchased a recurring package (like a monthly subscription), you can now cancel it directly from your portal:

  1. Log in to your Healthie Client Portal on a web browser.
  2. Click on “Packages” in the top menu.
  3. Under “Purchased Packages”, find the recurring package.
  4. Click “Cancel” next to the subscription you'd like to stop.
  5. Confirm your cancellation.

📩 Your provider will be notified of the cancellation. You'll also receive a confirmation email.
