Viewing Lab Results

If you are working with your provider, and ordering labs as part of this process, you will want to receive lab results. 

Depending on how your Labs were ordered, and the Lab company that you are working with, there are two places in which Lab Results may appear within Healthie:

  1. Documents
  2. Metrics

If you have any questions about your Lab Results, or are not seeing Lab Results, we recommend reaching out to your provider via Chat. 

Needing to reach your provider?

If you would like to reach your provider, we recommend that you Message your Provider via Chat. Within your account, navigate to Chat > New Chat Message.
